Relying on a selection of very citrusy hops, this fruit beer starts as a straight up, solid American IPA. We take it a step further with some real Ruby Red grapefruit juice for a unique color and unmistakable flavor and aroma of grapefruit.

On tap at brewery:
Pours a hazy, orange-hued amber. Lasting white collar provides a little lacing.
Nose could be stronger, but the grapefruit pulp seems to add a tartness to a lightly pithy IPA.
Taste has a tart aspect to it, and the grapefruit is well integrated. Just as I get the juice aspect and start thinking it's going to be too much, it stops, and a more pithy note comes on.
Straddling juicy and balanced IPA, this medium bodied IPA could use just a little more bitterness in the end.
