1000 Mile Oatmeal Pale Ale

Brewer and hop expert Phil Davidson and his companion hit the Appalachian Trail's 1000 mile marker at Harpers Ferry. To celebrate, Phil was our guest brewer on this Oatmeal Pale Ale. Virginia grown and malted oats from Copper Fox Distillery were used in this American Pale Ale adds a silky body that rounds out the complex pineyness of Columbus hops. We then layered on several additions and multiple dry hops of Cascade, Simcoe and Chinook.
