Poured from the can into a Hoegaarden branded witbier glass.
Minimal head creation, just maybe a finger of off white color that dissolves to a pencil thin collar fairly quickly. Lemon yellow body, slightly hazed up with some nice touches of rising carbonation.
Malt forward aroma consisting mostly of dough like bread, and a touch of belgian candy like sweetness. No much sensing spice flavor or anything else that makes the beer really noticeable. Certainly fine without fault on the nose at least.
Palate sticks to basics and manages to simply stay in it's lane. Simple mouthfeel with a touch of carbonation but doesn't make the beer come out watery or fizzy tasting. A sweet malted mid palate that barely touches honey and lemon, but manages more of a solid spiced noticeabler corriander. Finishes bready sweet with some muted bitterness and more touches of citrus lemon.
Seemed like it was going to be a rather boring wit, but this came out just simple and getting the job done.

Pours pale yellow with a 1/4" white head, which dissipates. Light lacing. Slight haze.
Aroma of cloves, yeast, phenols.
Taste is colves, banana, Belgian yeast, phenolic.
Light body, light carbonation. Dry, spicy finish.
Lack of a head is a bit of a disappointment. A fairly decent take on a Belgian style.

Hazed golden appearance with an average size white head and light lacing. Understated aroma; a little zest, a little herbal. Flavor comes across with a little zing and modest spiciness to compliment the yeasty underpinnings. Aftertaste lingers in a positive way.
