On tap at brewery:
Using all Virginia malts (and I believe hops)...
Pours a burnt golden color with a decent light-blocking haze. Head is okay, but fades to a thin ring quickly (fast replenish and re-fade).
Nose is an orange citrus, peel more than juice, with a light rye spiciness.
Taste has the rye playing in a little more than expected. A dry, slightly bitter beer that throws a little orange peel in the end.
Straightforward rye pale ale. Tasty with the slightest bit of nuance.
