Fermented and aged 240 days in an American oak foeder and then aged with apricots for 2 months in stainless before being keg conditioned for an additional 8 months. A beer for sunshine and a nice, slow day!

This one pours a slightly hazy golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like citrusy funk, light apricot, white wine, and oak.

I might not have known that this had apricot in it blind, as it's very subtly applied here. The general funk and house character of their Solera Saison - citrusy, wine-like, slightly floral - is very tasty, so the light hand on the apricot is fine with me.

This is light bodied, clean, and super drinkable, with a great level of drinkability.

This works pretty well for me, even with the subtlety of the apricot.
