Thanks, Nick!
Got a can of this and some other good stuff from Nick. I’ve had a few Westbound & Down from him and have liked them all, so was looking forward to this one. Untappd description was “Hazy IPA brewed and dry-hopped with Mosaic, Strata and a huge Nelson addition. Bursting with notes of pineapple, mango, papaya and jammy grapes.”
Poured a light golden hazy color with eight fingers of rocky white head. Could see some bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. World-class foamy spiderweb lacing. Almost perfect foamy retention. (Sight - 4.75)
Smelled Nelson, peach, pineapple, mango, Strata, rose blossom, floral, white grape, Mosaic, Juicy Fruit and nectarine. Just as good from the can. (Smell - 4.25)
The taste wasn’t quite as good as the nose but still solid. In order got Nelson, peach, nectarine, pineapple, Mosaic, Strata, white grape, mango, rose blossom, floral and Juicy Fruit. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Abrupt, juicy finish. (Feel - 4.00)
This was a really good hazy IPA. Glad I got to try it. (Overall - 4.25)

Cloudy with a whitish gold color. Larger head that fades in a lumpy fashion and never completely recedes. Plenty of chunky streaks and spots on the glass.
A strong smell of freshly mowed weeds. Prickly pine also comes to mind.
The taste has the obvious black pepper bite that is expected from the smell, but there's also a powerful pineapple presence. Average body with an elevated carbonation level. There's a touch of alcohol in the swallow. The aftertaste is a good blend of the aforementioned flavors but is mostly bitter hop, which lingers for a long time.

16oz canned 5/17/22, opened 7-2-22.
1 1/2" white head, good retention. Golden and opaque body. Pleasant aroma but not getting the full Nelson experience as touted on the label - Hazy IPA w/ Nelson...light grape and tropical fruit. Getting more of the Sauvignon Blanc / white wine character in the flavor...zesty and a touch herbal. Some grapefruit and melon character. Medium body, soft mouthfeel and low bitterness. Hint of sweetness in the finish. Good to Very Good.
