A battle between effervescence and tartness, the plum here really lends a lot of itself.
A transparent lavender hue with no head and a good amount of carbonation, it tastes expertly crafted. With the lower alcohol level, it's almost like pop, but it's no where near that sweet. Very well balanced.
He took a chance with nature on the plums, and it really paid off. For an upstart brewer doing a lot of business as a pizza maker, this is a stellar take on a wild ale.
