Very clear, rather than the usual cloudy, amber brew with abundant foam in the Belle-Vue Gueuze glass. Quite fragrant with the spice and banana, and more fruit in the nose. Substantial malty body with plenty of spritz. Taste is sweet and rich, with flavors like canned peaches. Finishes with a scratch of yeast and hops for a bit of astringency in the aftertaste. More powerfully flavored than typical Hefes and way fruitier. Like there is mango and orange peel along with the yeasty esters. From the 16 oz jug filled at the brewery tap in Langley.
