A golden, moderately strong Belgian ale with hints of coriander. Made with Comet hops and a Belgian yeast, which give it spice, citrus and grassy notes. ~Cheers! (Why the name Useless? Why, well because of the great coffee co. that used to be here!)

Clear amber brew with exuberant foam in the small Chuckanut Kölsch glass. Actually mopping up overflow, but it's my uncareful pouring to get another slurp of the stuff. Warm, rich, malty, and tangy with a distinct yeasty and estery finish. Lush carbonation and malty body.I don't know why this isn't a more popular style of beer, especially for summer. Overall this is a very tasty Belgian blonde that tastes light but is rather strong. One of my favorite small breweries. From the 32 oz growler filled at the brewery tap yesterday.
