Orange/amber hazy liquid, with a big white head staying on top, leaving some lacing.
Nose is typical saison yeast, spiceness, quite earthy with a nice wooden touch, it is the first gin barrel beer I get, I don't know yet if there is some gin hints on the nose.
Taste is earthy, a bit funky without being very complex, I found that keeping the sip in the month longer explode the tasting experience, if I was just swallowing it fast I could taste the subtlety of this beer. We then can taste more of the alcohol barrel aged, it is quite earthy and dry.
Nice carbonization, a great discovery!
