Served on tap into a pint glass
A- Poured a clear dark amber color with off-white soapy head that left no lace.
S- Big fruity and English yeast esters, apple skin, and fragrant floral hops.
T- Big fruity and English yeast esters, English malt character, apple skin, fragrant floral hoppiness, and finishes with a moderate earthy bitterness.
M- Very highly carbonated, light bodied, and finishes mostly dry. A little overcarbonated and fizzy.
O- A really nicely balanced and flavorful mild ale (especially flavorful for 3.4% ABV). Pretty complex with nice yeast, malt, and hop expression.
