Whack and Unwrap . . . Your pint! We named this dessert porter after the seeds of an orange, or pips. Inspired by the iconic childhood treat, we used 30# Cacao nibs, 9# citrus peel, and vanilla beans for a complex adult beverage. Subtle citrus and chocolate aromas unwrap layered flavors of raw cacao, toasted malt with a lingering orange-chocolate finish.
Extras: Org: Dominican Republic La Red, Venezuelan Trinchera & Peruvian Criollo Cacao Nibs (Chocolate Alchemy), Org: Bitter Orange & Orange Peel (Mt Rose), Org Bourbon Vanilla Beans (Singing Dog)

Served on tap into a pint glass.
A- Poured black with mocha colored frothy head that left splashy lace.
S- Mostly metallic aroma, light light roasted barley notes. Pretty disappointing aroma.
T- Big chocolate, cocoa, some orange zest, quite a bit of roasted coffee and barley.
M- Dry, soft carbonation, medium body, and pretty smooth.
O- Hard to believe this is under 5%, lots of flavor and unique dessert style porter. The aroma was weak and metallic, but none of those notes made it into the taste so that was nice.
