ACBW Porter - served in a pint at the brewpub, the beer is a dark and opaque brown with a clingy tan head.
Nice nose of roasted malts and dark fruit.
The taste is nice. It leads with roasted almost smoky malts, raisins, plum and a bit of toffee. There is a hint of bitterness late. Not sure if it's from the roast or the hops (beer is 23 ibus) either way it is another nice facet.
The mouth is smooth with midlevel carbonation.
This was a really good beer!

Nice, for a Eugene Beer, not overly Hoppy.

Pairs it with the Chefs Berger, makes for a great lunch.
