Served on tap into a pint glass at the brewhouse
A- Poured a very clear dark orange color with a frothy head that left splashy lace
S- Very bready, floral notes, grainy, nice aroma of moderate intensity
T- Lots of bready and doughy flavors, grains, and light lemon notes
M- Semi-dry, low carbonation, medium body
O- It has been too long since I have had a Great Lakes Dortmunder so I am glad to see someone else with a Dortmunder on tap out in Oregon. Nice, clean, and traditional to style.
