Served on tap into a pint glass at Falling Sky
A- Poured a super light pale yellow, hazy at first but once the beer warmed it became quite clear, frothy white head that left some splashy lace
S- Very faint aroma, some wheat and lemon notes
T- Nice wheat notes, tart lemon, white grape, and big mineral content.
M- Very refreshing, high carbonation, very dry, effervescent, goes down like water, light bodied. This is light bodied, but that does not mean thin. Oustanding mouthfeel for quaffable beer like this
O- Very refreshing Berliner Weisse, not as intensely sour as others in the style. So easy to drink at 2.9 ABV and quite a bit of flavor packed into that ABV.
