Barker Pilsner malt and carafoam in the grist, and hopped with Horizon and Galaxy. Slow lager fermentation in our American oak Foeder for 6 weeks. Notes of almond, light honey, citrus with a crisp oak finish.

On tap. White head with lace.
An interesting style. Pilsner aged in oak foeders gives it a mini sour twang to it. Oaky and bready. Some citrus and hops showing. Definitely not a traditional pils, but tastes great.
