Poured from 16oz can into glass. Canning date looks to be '11/01/18'.
Full cloudy, pale gold colored body. Half a finger of white head dissipates to thin cap and thick ring. Leaves behind a bunch of lacing webs.
Aroma of lime, graham cracker and cinnamon but not real strong.
Taste of lime and vanilla, with subtle graham cracker and cinnamon. Some sweetness here.
Medium to thick mouth feel. Good carbonation.
This is the milkshake series from Modist, and I am not a huge fan because of the heavy emphasis on sweetness. This does have a true key lime character, but, to me, less emphasis is given to the fruit than to the sweet character. This is a well done beer for the brewing series, but a little too sweet.

White head. Hazy pale yellow color.
Wow, the key lime is so apparent. I can’t believe the lime flavor and quality on this one. Tart and fruity. Vanilla sweetness. Pie crust. Easy drinking. One of my favorite shooks.
