Great coconut finish, subtly too syrupy currently but after a year in the cellar convinced this will be a 5

The best stout or porter I have had from Modist. Lots of dark chocolate and coconut flavor. Had it from the bottle very low carbonation. Tasty, sweet and rich.

I went tonight and was pleasantly surprised they still have some bottles kicking around. There's not much to say about this offering other than that it's like a Mounds bar in liquid, boozy form. Literally could drink this after dinner as an alternative to a rich slice of cake.

On tap at the brewery. Tan head. Black color. Lace.
This is a thick pastry stout. One of the thickest in the twin cities area. Lots of chocolate and almonds. The coconut shines in the finish as it warms. Sweet and desserty. Full bodied. Smooth and creamy.
Really solid offering. They got help from Trillium and Other Half on this and I think it shows.
