Collaboration with Dangerous Man Brewing Co.

Ice Cream Grin, a collaboration with our friends at Dangerous Man. It's a lavish English-Style Barley Wine brewed with a 100% premium English malt mash, English yeast, toasted pecans, milk sugar, and vanilla beans as an homage to a lush pecan praline ice cream.

Foggy copper-amber with a fuzzy khaki head settling to a thin ring.

This is pretty tasty, emulating praline ice cream darn well for a barleywine. Nutty vanilla nougat in the warming, syrupy body comes along with some graham and toffee.

I’ve never had a beer that tastes EXACTLY as it is described like this one. An impossibly decadent barleywine that recalls vanilla ice cream with pecans and pralines, smothered with caramel syrup. And that’s it.

This beer would fit right in at Pulpit Rock. It is that good.

On draft. White head. Burnt amber copper color.

Pistachio ice cream for days. Very nutty with lots of vanilla and toffee. Sweet and smooth. So unique. I wouldn’t have guess this to be a barleywine. It’s delicious.
