A Galaxy, Mosaic & Cream IPA that was brewed with a stupid amount of oats, wheat, Galaxy hops, Mosaic hops, and Milk Sugar.

Crowler from Feb. 2020:
Crazy with the haze. Bright golden hue, large, lasting and lace leaving pure white froth atop. Looking good.
In the nose: bursting with citrus, popping with lemon and orange, expressively dry.
In the mouth: All the fruit noted above blasts the palate, lays a trail of bitterness behind. Smoothness henceforth. Cream comes foreward. It's creamy, but it takes away from what's an IPA. I like it at first, but now that I see ...now, that I ...sigh....cream? What happened to lactose? Is that over, or is it the same thing?
I should just skip them when they have cream in them, or lactose, then I won't repeat myself when I say again and again, I don't want milk in an IPA. Or, is "Cream IPA" a new thing? ...shudder....
Sometimes the mix of hops and milk (I can't believe that the concept even exists), well, it just doesn't work for me.

A very solid NE style IPA with great flavors and aromas. 3/27/20 date printed on can. Pours a hazy lighter yellow color with some fluffy white head and great looking small sheets of lingering lacing. Big aromas of ripe crisp pineapple, grapefruit, melon, orange, lemon and passion fruit. Also some malt, bread, creamy vanilla, lighter floral and herbal hops. Taste follows the nose, excellent balance and depth, very juicy and flavorful and easy to drink. Higher ABV was well hidden. Smooth slightly sticky mouthfeel, coated the palate, good amount of lingering carbonation. A pleasure to enjoy!

On tap at modist.
White head with lace. Hazy golden sunset.
Tropical juice bomb. Pineapple, mango, and orange. Soft. Very easy drinking. Tons of flavor. One of Modists best. The cream adds a great layer.
