Pilsssner brewed with premium floor malted German pilsner malts, kettle hopped with Minnesota grown Triple Pearl then aged and lagered in our American oak foedersss.

16oz can. Can bottom is stamped '08/20/21'.
Clear, straw colored body. Thin finger of white head when poured, and this recedes to a partial cap.
Aroma is lightly toasted bread and lemon citrus.
Taste expresses malts of baked bread and hops that bring in some lemon and grapefruit citrus. Evenly balanced in the aftertaste. The oak aging has a woody, herbal, and lemon flavor.
Slightly thin mouth feel. Good bite in the last half of the taste profile. Good carbonation.
Gets close to Lemon Pledge/Soap for a brief instant but overall flavorful and easy to quaff.

On Tap, It is now out in cans as of 08/31. It pours a light golden straw color with a white head and lacing. Smell is lemon grass,malts baked bread and floral citrus . Taste has citrus spritzers of lemon/lime and grapefruit. Mouth feel is crisp with good carbonation nice hop and grass,baked bread combination.

From the hand pump at modist. Creamy white head that fades but leaves a lot of lace. Clear pale golden color.
Very nice feel. Soft and clean. Bready and biscuity. Grassy hops. Earthy. Smooth feel all around. Easy drinking. Zesty finish with some grain notes. Loved the cask version of this.
