Side by side with the cacao bib version on tap. The white chocolate works much better with this beer. It’s smoother, shows more bourbon and vanilla. Creamy texture. Full bodied. The barrels are very warming and snow a lot in this one. The cacao bib version seems slightly more roasty and is a chocolate bomb. The barrels come through a little, but only in the finish. Fun side by side and it’s crazy to see how much changing one of the adjuncts affects the beer.
