Tri Collaboration Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. Separate Imperial Stouts one aged in 12yr Knob Creek Bourbon barrels and one aged in Boone County Bourbon barrels then blended together and conditioned on Coconut, Banana, Vanilla Beans & Cocoa Nibs.

Solid brew. The banana is intriguing as it doesn’t stand out like other banana stouts, it’s more subtle and generic “fruit” as opposed to overpowering banana.

Bottle. Tan head. Fades. Black color. Thick boi.

Banana off the top. Marshmallow and bourbon. Vanilla. The coconut doesn’t really show, or blends in. Fudgy, lots of chocolate. Pastry level. Very thick and full bodied.

Loved this beer. Very delicious.
