Head crests around two fingers with a rapid dissolve, bleached white, no lacing. Washed out yellow rust water looking liquid, soft gauziness, you can see the bubble streams easily enough. Nose close to vinous, the lemon citrus takes up the most territory then the vanilla beans, can't say I am getting much specific fruit off it, maybe passion fruit or kiwi, it really is reduced to the list of ingredients. Medium-bodied, fueled by swirling carbonation, the proverbial ants in its pants. The coconut comes out more here but it's the same lemon and vanilla out in front. More sour through the attack, sweet through the finish. This said, there is a little saline residue which is nice. I am enjoying this beer but it leaves you with little to say that, once again, isn't written on the side of the can. (Canned 5/17/21)

16oz can. Can stamped for canning date as '05/14/21'.
Cloudy, straw colored body. Brief white head disappears quickly.
Aroma is balanced with lemon and coconut, with vanilla sweetness.
Taste is is mostly lemon, with a close balance with the coconut. The vanilla softens and sweetens the overall taste. All three flavors extend into the aftertaste.
Medium plus mouth feel. Good carbonation.
Very refreshing, with a slight buzzy bite. Base Berliner Weisse with the added lemon, coconut, and vanilla. Well balanced.

This beer pours a slightly hazy pale yellow with a large head. The aroma is bright and fresh, with a lit of fresh coconut flesh and water and a little lime candy. The flavor begins with a spike of sour lime juice, cwith just a hint of lime peel, and then turns to rich creamy coconut. The mouthfeel is crisp, with a creamy finish and foamy carbonation. Overall this is an extremely tasty beverage, with clear flavors, great texture, cand a drinkable balance.

Can. Golden color.

The lime is the dominant flavor here and it works great with this beer. A summer crusher. Citrusy but not tart. The coconut seems to cut the tartness. Lemon as well. Very light, smooth, and easy drinking.
