Imperial Smoothie Sour brewed with barley malt, wheat malt, milk sugar, double the passion fruit, double the raspberry and double the pineapple.

Ordered from Tavour, chilled, and poured into an imperial pint glass.
Look: Thick like a melted fruit smoothie with lots of pulp, small light pink head that slowly dissipated and left behind a ring and thin layer of pink foam and puree residue. No lacing, but purée left on the glass as we drank leaving a wonderful aroma of tropical fruits.
Smell: Notes of pineapple and passion fruit up front, followed by sweet malt and raspberry.
Taste: Pineapple up front, passion fruit and followed by raspberry in the nose. Sweet malt trailing with a hint of floral pine that fits nicely with trailing pineapple. No booze in the flavor.
Feel: Medium to full body with a light tickle of carbonation that doesn’t hang out as it warmed.
Love this beer. Fruity, Berliner-like, sweet tropical flavors with just a hint of floral pine is unique and very drinkable.

Looks and smells like the fruit-punch soft drink Fruitopia. For a sour, the flavor profile is very complex, with pineapple and passionfruit being the most pronounced flavors. Thick but not creamy.
