Aroma is malts, noble-style hops and oak. The flavor is fruit, slightly nutty malts, light citrus and a complex/bitter/spicy hop/hint of oak/dryish finish.

Canned 3/17/23; drank 7/5/23 @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy orange/yellow appearance.
A rough pour yielded a nice white head; strong, frothy lacing remained.
Oak & sweet corn notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Oak & sweet corn flavors.
Simple, but effective. I'd have another!

Clear bright golden body with a large white head, thin bands of lacing. Gentle nose with splinters of oak, lemon hops, pilsner yeast. Taste is same but more potent, especially yeast. Malt is very light but not thin, hops felt on back end. All nuanced but good, just wish there was a little more body

16oz can into a tall Pilsner glass.
L: Pours light lemon yellow w light yeast, light carbo, a 1/2" eggshell white head w OK retention to thick skin/low cap, very good lacing w some sheeting and loose banding.
S: Caramel malts, grains, fruit bread, lightly grassy, a hint of oak wood (not smoke).
T: Lightly grassy hops, gently pale malts, yeast, slightly woody oak hint, a kiss of resinous bitterness, light bread, very light citrus zest.
F: Bright, glossy & smooth med-light bodied w a very gently drying finish.
O: A lovely Pilsner w a gently sweet & woody whisper that gives an earthy edge to an already grain-filled delight. The feel is not as crisp as I like in a Pils, yet its bittersweet finish is quite sentimental. It is very good in its style.

Can. White head with lace. Slightly cloudy golden yellow.
Very dry and carbonated, but also kind of pillowy. Bready and biscuit with a lot of toasted crackers. Light citrus notes. Earthy and grassy.
Light and crushable. Very enjoyable.

16oz can. No dating information found.
Clear, very pale gold colored body. Two fingers of fluffy white head. Big rings of lacing.
Aroma of toasted malt and floral hops. Slight oak.
Taste is fruity and dry. Has the toasted malt base. The slightly bitter pilsner turns sweet at the end. Floral hops with a little spice. The oak seems to add dryness and a little bite.
Medium mouth feel. Crisp expression. Very good carbonation.
Modist has its way with lagers, and uses its oak foeders to good effect.
