Introducing Keep Keep’n on, our Oak-Aged Kölsch brewed with German Pilsner malt, Barke Pilsner malt and a touch of malted wheat. Kettle hopped with German Saphir then conditioned cold and aged in our oak foeders.

Pale yellow body infused with dense, lively carbonation; thick, frothy head, white and creamy. Pleasant, subdued grain aroma (Barke malt); toasty with a low-key hop spiciness lurking in the background. Delicate grain flavor; a hint of honey; a bit of bright herbal tones. Medium-light body; crisp; slight mineral feel.

This is a nicely done light ale, clean and crisp on the palate. Nuanced, cunningly complex, crushable.

On tap. Clear dark golden.

Bready and biscuity. Earthy, grassy. Crisp and clean. Everything is good here. Flavorful and crushable.

Pours a clear light golden color with a white head . German malts wheat and hops conditioned cold Has an nice floral hop start with wheat and malt in the backe ground ,notes of lemon grass and citru small amount of wood in finish. A crispy and smooth mouth feel sweet and floral very tasty.
