16oz can into a 16.9oz porter glass.
L: Pours deep dark brown w/mahogany edges, 1" light khaki creamy head w/creamy retention, light carbonation, very light lacing.
S: Toffee, honey, caramelized malts, dark fruit.
T: Sweet malts, rich gushing honey, cherry, char, roasted malts, pine resin, cocoa, chocolate, ginger, wildflowers, a notion of sourness.
F: Bright & lively, smooth, semi-juicy, slippery, med-heavy bodied mouth feel that finishes a bit grainy and dry in a white wine sort of way.
O: Not a timid tasting beer. A resinous, radiant & sweet double porter. Extremely full flavored. Has a long finish that becomes dry. Dripping with honey, roasted malts & chocolate notes. It is very good in it's style.

Pours a very deep brown, almost black like a stout.
Smell is dark chocolate, with a little coffee.
Flavor is just the right amount of slightly sweet, along with the dark chocolate.
Good mouthfeel.
A really fantastic porter. I will be getting this one again.

On tap. Light khaki head. Dark brown, black color.
Really nice Porter. Smooth and creamy. Honey sweetness with some great chocolate/cocoa, a bit of caramel. Some sort of milk sugar sweetness.
Very enjoyable Porter.

Well, despite the fact that I stupidly thought this was a honey IPA when I bought it, I’m going to get down on this 16 oz. can like I mean it. The color, by the way, was the giveaway.
Dark brown with chits of red around the edges & a nose that speaks of sweetness.
Honeycomb Catacomb – not sure I’ve had a honey-infused porter before. Lighter than a stout it allows the wildflower honey to shine through brightly. Light malts, light chocolate, light mouthfeel. A simple, easy-drinking porter.
Lovely little that feels closer to the Belgian family than the Porter family. Very good.
