A - Pours out with clear, dark orange-red body, a short off-white head, persistent thin, uneven cap, with lots of ropey lacing.
S - Pungent hop notes, with spice and minerality and some lemon notes over an over-steeped tea core.
T - Follows the nose, with tea notes and limestone, lemon zest and pith, and a malty middle, with tannic bitterness in the close.
M - Moderate weight and decent carbonation, and subtly dry, clean finish.
O - I like my IPA to have more fruit notes in its hop profile, but this is a solid brew nevertheless. Very well built, and an easy drinker besides.
