Pint on tap at Palmer's Bar.
L: SRM 40 pours black with a 1/2" fluffy light khaki head, low carbo, good head retention, light sticky lacing.
S: Toasted maltings/rice, a hint of chocolate, a light metallic note.
T: Taste follows aroma and also has a gently sweet taste.
F: Lightly brisk then a smooth medium to medium-light bodied feel with a medium-fast lightly drying finish.
O: A simple tasting beer that is a bit light in all depts. Good tasting and easy to drink. It is very good in its style.

Aroma: Strong aromas of rice, dark greens, Some Saki, and vinegar notes. (3.75)
Flavor: Strong flavors of dark grains, rice, Saki, light roast. Grainy and yeast off the end. (4.00)
Feel: Medium body, a strong carbonation, finishes clean. (4.00)
Compared to Modist Pretty Metal 2/25: Pours similar, lighter head. Milder aromas. More grains, Saki. Less dark cocoa and roast. Cleaner.
