Imperial Breakfast Stout barrel aged in Elijah Craig 10yr Single Barrel & Booker's bourbon barrels for 30 months, conditioned on dark maple syrup, brown sugar, Wildflyer Coffee & Madagascar vanilla beans.
On tap. Thick, motor oil black. Not much head.
Maple and coffee bomb. Adjunct heavy. Vanilla cake batter, fudge. Excellent, strong coffee flavor. Bourbon shows a bit. It’s not super strong or warming, bourbon wise.
Modist house stout base with some great adjuncts. I like this one.
