Easy drinking and approachable, the Iconic Blonde Ale is brewed with North Dakota grown 2-Row malted barley, a touch of Honey Malt, and the finest Pilsner Malt. This is accompanied by a small dose of American grown hops which produces a clean, light, well-balanced, thirst quenching beer. It’s tall, it’s blond, and I’ll take another.

(12 oz can, not date/code; purchased single at Happy Harry's in Fargo yesterday... poured into a Busch shaker pint)
Clear, yellow-gold colored liquid; fleeting, fish-eyed, pearl white foam; crescent collar, thin smatters of lace... on the nose: lightly-doughy corn tortilla, wet clay; little-to-no hop or spice notes; Kix / Corn pops; mellow overall intensity... malty, then minerally, with that following into a mildly saline finish; that doughy masa comes through more in the second sip; I thought for a moment I detected a fruity highlight, but no, this is as near to barley water in naked character as I've found in a beer in a long while... its textures have a soft porous foamy quality pervasive; the aft a subtly-peppery, dry smolder; why does it remind me of Bass?; too easy to fade into the background while eating a BLT with it... unique; dry, arguably mute and dull, but its subtlties are relatively unique (2182)

12oz can from Toby. Clear golden pour, small foamy head. Grainy, grassy aroma. Taste brings mild sweet elements in, coupled with a slick, smooth feel.

Poured from 12oz can into glass. No canning dating information found on can.
Slightly cloudy, pale gold colored body. Less than one finger white head, which disappears to thin ring. No lacing.
Sweet, pale biscuit malt smell.
Pale biscuit malt taste with a little honey sweetness. Has a slight bitterness at the end. Minimal hops influence or flavor.
Thin to medium mouth feel. Okay carbonation.
Easy drinking, attractive blonde ale. Nothing distinctive but pleasant to drink.

Pours a clear, pale straw with a white head. The aroma is a touch of grain, with a bit of something sharp behind it. Light bodied, just a touch of malt sweetness, and a bit of floral hop notes. Crisp and refreshing on a hot day. This is a very solid blonde ale. Just the thing to reach for when you just want a clean, cold beer.

L: hazy gold with moderately fast rising bubbles under a 2" off-white foam collar with moderate retention
S: biscuit, light grains, and a hint of butter. Hop and ester aromas are low.
T: Moderate light fruit suggesting pear or peach, moderate sweetness, biscuit and grain flavors start the palate. It ends with a very mild bitterness, a touch of grainy astringency and a dash of salt
F: medium body and carbonation
O: This beer is pleasant but not outstanding.

This beer pours a bright gold with a large head. The aroma is very mild with slightly sweet biscuit malts dominating. The flavor is rather sweet, with creamy biscuit malts, cracker malts, mild spice, pepper, and woodsy qualities. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with creamy carbonation. This is a simple beer, but a quite nice one as well. The texture really helps lend character to the straightforward malt and mild hop flavors - definitely a good beer to go with an adventurous pizza, as this brewer provides.

This beer pours a somewhat murky golden coor. The head was fairly thick, and frothy. The nose isn't very hoppy, more malty. It, in a way has a buttery nose. The taste is not hoppy at all. There's just the slightest hint of hops, but it's way after. The forward taste is malty. Not a bad beer.

A pretty basic entry level type beer for cross over macro type crowd...but I actually like the cereal grain like flavor and aroma to this....sweet...some breadiness to it...with that said it is still very light flavor...no real hop impression which is fine for a beer like this...clean....very thin body though.....seems watery.....the cereal sweetness is tasty...body is is on the high side of light...a bit thin....still as it is I am sure the Bud Light crowd in North Dakota probably thinks this is a bit much...
Overall nothing off....decent little cereal.bready maltiness...jsuta little thin and watery..
