5.4% ABV Clear golden color, slight veil, no activity. As the yeast is poured it gets a deep haze and veil with misty yeast and some detritus. Foamy white 3 finger head, lasting around 10-15 minutes, with mediocre legs but a decent swirl reaction. Flavors of green grapes, lemon, wild yeast, coriander, and floral hops. A barley Saison, not wheaty. Slick and smooth medium body with sharp crispy carbonation. Light strength finish, soft spicy bardyard effect, hints of cheese and straw but more grainy with soft noble hops. Also a bit peppery. Some light grapefruits flavors are added as more yeast is poured, still feels like a table Saison of gentle strength similar to a Sofie but not as well executed. Still highly fresh and drinkable. Could use more intensity. Overall very good quality craft.
