On tap at the brewery. This is a hoppy saison brewed in collaboration with The Beermongers.
Clear straw yellow with a thin white head with good retention and lacing. Nose is hoppy with fruit and lemon, a blend of citrus, peach and a little grape. There's also a modest Saison yeast character, a blend of bubblegum and clove. The palate opens thin with a mild grain character and some bubblegum. Mildly grainy and rustic with some pils malt notes. Fruity with citrus, peach and grape. Sweet on the finish and overcarbonated, this beer is a little messy.
