A perfect Pilsner from a great local (for me) brewery.

Drinking this at The Tattered Tartan in beautiful downtown Andrews NC with the famous and beautiful Red Headed Lady of Snowbird Brewery fane
Looks golden yellow with a nice white foamy head that dropped to a thin cap.
Smells lightly biscuity, spicy.
Taste follows the nose nicely with a nice amount of floral hoppiness.
Mouth feel is medium for the style with a nice smooth creamy finish
Overall a very nice example of a Pilsener with no fruity undertones.
I will definitely order again.
Cheers!

Had on tap. Clear golden body with rising bubbles feeding a white cap. Aromas of pilsner malt with a corn sweetness hiding in the back, yeast and cracker. Taste is more doughy and malty overall, corn sweetness still lingers but here is joined with weak pilsner yeast, biscuit and flowers. Feel is crisp and thin, short lived sips, decently dry, very crushable. Decent with bbq

Poured from a can (07Feb2020) into a pint glass
L: slightly turbid straw gold, small white head (could have poured more aggressively), very effervescent. Impressive thick white lacing
S: slightly sweet, pils malt-forward. Flour, dough, biscuit, corn
T: follows the nose, light sweetness and a good (if basic) pilsner flavor. Would have liked more depth, makes me think more good American adjunct lager than pils
F: medium/high carbonation, medium body
O: decent brew, great for the summer. Again more a high-quality American adjunct lager than a pilsner (in my opinion) but pretty good

This is such a clean, pure, fine beer. The clarity, color, aroma, taste, feel and overall quality impressed me so much that I ordered another one, and then again! The delicate balance and finesse in the balance of this beer is a fine thing. Very precise and accurate, clean brew, and great representation of an American* Craft Pilsner beer.
On tap @ brewery-
light straw body, nice head, fresh grain malt, hops exist in a very intricate in a way, so clean and fresh on the palate, with direct follow through of nose, and just so crushable on a hot day. Great server who seemed to know the beer is well above the bar. Good enough to look for and buy in 6ers!
