Enjoyed a pint at the brewery while dining with Da Boss on Bear's Smokehouse BBQ 11-21-23 for $7.00.
Beer was served black with a nice off-white head.
Nose was nice, fresh grapefruit forward.
Taste was a lighter slightly roasted malt base with some notes of chocolate and coffee. Finishes with a thrust a fresh grapefruit that balances and leaves a slight hop tingle in the finish.
Mouthfeel was light to medium bodied and pretty smooth and refreshing.
Overall a decent take on the Cascadian IPA style!
