Poured fro 12 oz. bottle into Tomfoolery tulip glass. It pours a hazy, honey color with a thin, bright white head and minimal lacing. It smells of pilsner malt and cracker. It's a solid pilsner nose. For me, it's hard to review a pilsner. This one has the pleasing, bready, pilsner malt flavor with a slight bitterness at the finish. It's a lite, crisp, brew with moderate carbonation, and a sessionable ABV of 5% Overall, it's simply a well-crafted, solid, and thoroughly enjoyable pilsner from an up and coming brewer.
