Poured from 12 oz. bottle into Tomfoolery tulip glass. It pours a hazy, golden-orange color with a foamy, milk-white head and lacing. The nose features sweet malt, honey, lemon, grapefruit, and floral hops. The taste opens with sweet malt, lemon, grapefruit, and a hint of sweet tropical fruit, and finishes with a burst of bitter, biting Citra and Mosaic hops. It has a light, crisp mouth feel, with pleasant carbonation, and with an ABV of 6.1% it is very drinkable. Overall, this is well-crafted and thoroughly enjoyable American IPA from an up and coming brewer.
