Stinger Hook

On draught at the brewery. Served in a tulip glass. It pours a dense, murky honey-orange color, almost as though the color is impacted by the honey, with a thick, creamy, eggshell-colored had and lacing. The nose is quite fresh and floral with bright citrus and a malty honey sweetness. The taste opens with lemon and lime but is dominated by the local wildflower honey. It's quite sweet and syrupy. The mouth feel is thick and creamy; again, it almost seems impacted by the honey. It's also fairly boozy at 8.7% ABV. Overall, if you like honey, then this is your IPA. If you're a hophead, then you should probably take a pass on Stinger Hook.

 

Pours super thick and creamy. Dull pale orange in color. Tastes of hops, alcohol with a real spicy aftertaste. She’s got some bite to her.
