Picked-up a six pack of cans at Ocean Beverage Discount Liquor in Brigantine for an undisclosed amount. Not discernable canned on date. Nothing special, but pretty decent.

This one grew on me, getting better with each one. Fairly grassy and mild NEIPA, with just a slight punch of flavor.

Classic hazy citrus NEIPA. Smooth and citrus.
Pours hazy yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is mild citrus and hop floral. Taste follows aroma with citrus and hop notes. Feel is good rich and thick. Overall tasty and easy drinking.

First review as this beer is newly-released. Pint pour at the brewery. Served in a pint glass. It pours an opaque, dirty pastel tangerine color with a thin, milk-white head and lacing. I like the soft color a lot. The smell offers lemon, lime, tangerine, and an earthy, crackery malt. Its taste opens with dry, bitter grapefruit rind and lemon peel. As it warms I'm also tasting faint notes of peach and pineapple. The Galaxy hops really shine. The mouth feel is lite and crisp with fairly lively carbonation and it's crushable at 6.3% ABV. Overall, Slammer nicely marries New England haze with West Coast bitter citrus. This is a really good beer. Hopefully, it's still available as we head into summer. I could really enjoy this on the deck listening to music.
