Dry Dock is a White Stout with notes of caramel and chocolate, followed by a slight coffee finish. It has a very sweet dessert-like flavor and pairs best with holiday company.

Received this a part of a gift case. I don’t normally go for the stouts / porters BUT THIS BLEW ME AWAY. FANTASTIC. This beer turned me on to a whole new outlook on beers. MacMalts description is right on.

On draught at the brewery. It pours a hazy, dirty orange-iced tea color with a thin, ecru head and modest soapy lacing. The smell is very fragrant with caramel/toffee, graham cracker, freshly-brewed coffee, and just a whiff of chocolate. The taste follows the nose with a firm malty, graham cracker base with abundant caramel although it's not overly sweet. There is fresh, acidic coffee, dark milk chocolate, and a slight hint of raisin or fig in the background, and a touch of bitterness at the finish. The flavors work well together. This stout is moderately creamy with moderate carbonation and the 6.7% ABV gives it good substance. Overall, this is a unique and tasty stout. Its a good recipe, well-executed and I give it style points for originality.
