bity, nutty, holiday spicy, caramel malt thundershowers and an earthy slightly bitter finish.
looks as you'd expect a winter warmer to; brownish-amber body with minimal head and little lacing
aroma is subdued, hinting at holiday spice and bakery fumes or perhaps someone tripped while carrying jars of cinnamon and its managed to find itself everywhere, with a side of caramel malt
taste pushes the spice through the caramel streams and adds the earthen punch-ups demanded of the genre
medium carbonation and thicker body give it a spicy/punchy/chewy feel that has rounded corners keeping it far from jagged. finishes light spice-laced-earth bitter
earth-tinged hops save this from being boring, leading to a very decent warmer. quite uncomplicated with the spice, in this case manages to be a good thing.

Dark nutty brown with a tan head. Not much cinnamon or nutmeg in the aroma—or in the taste for that matter, which isn't to say it doesn't taste good. Sweet, roasty, a little spicy, medium bodied, all around a decent winter warmer.

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a super dark brown-ruby color with a nearly un-existent head. The tiny head that was present fades superfast leaving almost no foam on the surface of the brew or on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is of a toasted malt smell mixed with some aromas of cinnamon and nutmeg. Along with these smells comes some notes of caramel and a touch of dark fruit.
Taste – The taste begins with a dark roasted malt flavor that has tons of molasses and caramel mixed some nice notes of dark fruit of plum and cherry. Along with these flavors comes some light spice flavors of cinnamon and nutmeg which grow stronger as the taste advances forward. Toward the end the toasted flavors grow slightly stronger and leave one dark and toasty, lightly spiced taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is on the slightly thicker and chewier side with a carbonation level that is on the average side. For the dark flavors and the light spice the feel is rather nice and creates a nice slow sipper.
Overall – A rather decent winter warmer. A little on the darker side, with a lighter spice profile. Well worth a try if you get the opportunity.
