Beautiful straw color with a bit of suspended haze under a sudsy white head. Lots of grain, including corn, and some bread on the nose.
The taste has a nice grainy sweetness, pointing to the corn, and some bread at the back of the palate. Very easy drinking, especially with the crisp mouthfeel, this is a Mexican lager I’d revisit in the summer months over and over.

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer is served a clear golden color with a tiny head of white foam. The head fades very fast leaving just a trace of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is strongest of a grainy smell mixed with a touch of caramel and a little bit of herb.
Taste – The taste begins with a grainy and cereal taste mixed with a little bit of caramel malt sweetness and a touch of herb. Overall, these tastes last till the end where they are joined by a touch of herb, leaving one with a rather crisp and slightly grainy taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is medium in thickness with a rather crisp feel overall, creating a rather easy drinking feel.
Overall – A crisp and clean easy drinker. Nice for summer time weather.
