A: hazy pale straw yellow color with a solid vibrant white head
S: grains, lemongrass, sweet oak, pear skin, green apple, a touch of banana, and some citrus
T: pale wheat, bitter lemongrass, citrus zest, green apples, and a nice hit of pepper
M: medium with high carbonation. Carbonation level is good. Mouthfeel is a little heavier than I'm used to in the style, but doesn't take away at all
O: solid beer. Easy to drink and refreshing. It could use a little more Esthers in the flavor, but definitely worth a try
