On draught at the brewery. It pours an opaque, golden tangerine color with one finger of creamy, milk-white cap and spotty lacing. It's a very attractive pour. On the nose there are notes of strawberry and onion, along with light floral hops. The taste opens with subtle strawberry, along with lemon peel, biscuit, pine needles, and highly flavorful Mosaic and Cashmere hops that start soft and plush and end with significant bitterness. It's nicely dank. The flavors really pop and blend very nicely. This APA is full-bodied with a creamy mouth feel and pleasant carbonation. And it's easily drinkable with a temperate 6.3% ABV. Overall, Clincher is a winner! Great flavor and feel, and super drinkable.

A: slightly hazy golden color with a bright white head
S: melon, pineapple, crackers, orange peel, vanilla cream, and grass
T: creamy orange with a sharp earthy bitter punch. Grapefruit and cantaloupe behind that. Finish is dry cracker and pineapple. This is quite bitter.
M: medium mouth with silky fluffy feel as well
O: given the aroma I did not expect it to be this bitter. Bitterness is a bit overwhelming for a pale ale
