I had this on draught at the brewery. 16 oz. pour served in a pint glass. It pours an opaque, dirty gold color with a foamy, milk white head that dissipated quickly, and attractive lacing that persisted through the pour. The nose is fragrant and features tangerine, pineapple, lemon, and a whiff of vanilla. When I first sipped it, I only tasted lemon peel and a blast of bitter hops but as the glass warmed I also detected lots of cracker and earthy grass, along with sweet lactose that balanced the bitterness of the hops. The flavors balanced really nicely. This ale has a really pleasant creamy, viscous feel with lively carbonation, and the 7.1% ABV gives it a lot of heft but doesn't detract from the flavors. Overall, this is a really well brewed American IPA; I think it's the best yet from Twin Elephant. It offers a terrific blend of sweet and bitter with a highly satisfying mouth feel. This is a great candidate for canning.

A: super hazy pale orange/yellow color with a fluffy white rocky head

S: super sweet oranges, pineapple, and mango. Lots of dry crackers in the aroma as well. A hint of lactose and creamsicle to finish it off

T: creamsicles, sweet orange and mango, sweet pineapple punch you right away. Some sweet apricot and creamy lactose sweetness behind that. Finish is orange and creamy. Just a touch of alcohol at the end

M: medium, super fluffy mouthfeel in this. Not a lot of carbonation

O: this is a very good beer, it could hold up with the big names of NE IPA Brewing all day long. Sweet and harmonized. A great example of the NE style
