I had this on draught at the brewery. Pint pour. It pours a lovely, hazy rose-amber color with a light, milk-white head and lacing that dissipated quickly. The nose features lots of cranberry, along with the expected Saison aromas of coriander, clove, banana, and tobacco. I'm really liking the taste: it opens with tart cranberry followed by all of the classic Saison flavors, and finishes with honey and some subtle pepper. The honey is more evident as the glass warms. All of the flavors blend really nicely. This beer is light and crisp with lively carbonation and is very easy to drink with its 5.6% ABV. Overall, this is an outstanding Saison; the tart cranberry juxtaposes with classic Saison notes. This beer is really well conceived and crafted. I enjoyed it!

A: pale cranberry red color with some yellow inserted in here. Very vibrant
S: yeasty Belgian aroma. Pears, cranberry, clove, wheat. Very nice smelling , it’s a saison with some fall berries added
T: Belgian spice, pepper, cranberries, pear, green apple skin, and a hint of funk
M: heavier side of light with mid-level carbonation
O: these guys do Saisons right. There is a nice base Saison here, the addition of the cranberries is lovely. Light and drinkable
