A: dark amber color with some faint purple and ruby red notes. 1 finger tan head that looks solid on top
S: tart citrus, lemongrass, wheat, caramel, blueberries, and a little grainy aroma
T: big hit of grains upfront, a hint of citrus tart which is directly followed by blueberry sweetness. There is a funk presence towards the back of the tongue as well. Sweet grains and blueberry finish
M: lighter side of medium with low carbonation
O: clean tasting beer which makes for a nice blonde alternative. The sweetness from the berries adds a bit extra. Could use a bit more from the Brett. Nice and easy to drink

I had this on draught at the brewery. Pint pour. It pours an opaque cranberry color with a foamy, ecru colored head and lacing that dissipated quickly. The nose features brettanomyces yeast, blueberry and other sweet berry. It has a nice, fruity aroma. The taste is sour up front followed by sweet berry, wheat, and oats. It finishes with a yeasty, cracker taste. There is almost no bitterness. What sets this ale apart is its mouth feel. For a sour, it's creamy - almost viscous and the carbonation is lighter than I anticipated. It's very easy drinking at 5.2% ABV. Overall, this ale is full of surprises. It's delicate in its nose and flavor and it has a delightfully creamy mouth fee. This is unique and really well done!
