The wave just burst, this swingin’ sword lecture is closing down the sector, stomping the grounds and pounding a hoppy footprint. A milk sugar drip manifests this guzzler into a slick and chewy biochemical equation for your jugulars. DDH of Lemondrop, Citra and Galaxy wrapped up in soft golden arms. Notes of ripe honeydew, mango bellini, nectarine and mixed melon delight.

I had this on draught at the brewery. Served in pint glass. It looks like a classic NE IPA: opaque, brownish gold color with one finger of creamy, bright white head that dissipated slowly leaving a thin sheen of lacing. It's a very attractive pour. The nose features lemon, grapefruit, melon, a whiff of lactose, and soft fragrant hops. A beer that looks this good has to have a taste to match and this one surely does. It opens with tart lemon and grapefruit, along with ripe melon, grass, and a hint of lactose. The nice blend of Citra and Galaxy hops provides lots of flavor and dry bitterness but without any bite or burn. The flavors are distinct but delicate. It's really refreshing. This ale has a creamy, silky mouth feel with pleasant carbonation, and despite its 6.8% ABV it's a really easy drinker. You'll want a second pour; I did! Overall, this is first rate. It seems that every week I'm more impressed with the IPAs and Pale Ales that Twin Elephant is brewing.

A: super hazy muted, matte orange color. Like pale orange juice. Thin white head on top. This is a NEIPA
S: huge hit of pineapple, melon, guava, grapefruit, onion, strawberry. Behind that is a crackery malt backbone, with something a bit richer..like oats (I don’t think this is brewed with oats)
T: ripe mango, pineapple, orange, and guava right away. Some dry crackers behind that. Creamsicle and a hint of some sweet malt behind that. All tropical, no bitter
M: medium, super fluffy mouthfeel. Low carbonation. Just how you want a NEIPA
O: this is an excellent NEIPA. Tropical and juicy. This could hang with the big boys
