Sampled and reviewed at the brewery. It pours an orange-ruby color with a thin, ecru head and a thin sheen of lacing. It features a nice farmhouse smell of strawberry, apple, pear, banana, clove, and coriander. What a nice flavor! It opens with big red berry, along with banana, apple, pear, raisin, clove, pepper, and Belgian spicing. The finish is slightly sour. All of the tastes blend really well. It's crisp and lite with pleasant carbonation, and the 6.9% ABV gives it a nice kick. Overall, this is a nicely-crafted and appealing farmhouse ale. I only wish that Twin Elephant's outdoor seating area was open because Frog Brothers should be quaffed outside with good friends and lively conversation. Props for brewing a red farmhouse ale!

A: murky mixture of ruby red and light brown. A thin tan head on top.
S: raspberries, grains, lemongrass, sweet malt, pepper, and crackers
T: strawberry and raspberry upfront. Dry crackers behind that along with some earthy grains. More sweet malt and a touch of yeast spice to finish
M: lighter side of medium, high carbonation
O: quite sweet. The raspberries really dominate flavor in here for me. Very easy to drink and pretty refreshing
